Blueberry Shepherds Huts have created a fantastic Glamping and camping environment in the heart of the rolling countryside. With abundant wildlife and superb views, you will not be disappointed. The Blueberry Hut is our basic hut, great for an affordable romantic get away. There is private use of a toilet and shower approximately 20 yards from the hut. With 2 other huts available (The Wesh Den and the Berrydale), there is the opportunity for group bookings of up to 10 people. Located in Northamptonshire near the Leicestershire border, we have created a fantastic opportunity to explore the amazing Northamptonshire countryside. Situated down the end of a 2 mile lane you will truly feel that you have escaped from modern everyday life. The Hut has been custom built, using locally sourced timber. It is well insulated and has all you need for a comfortable stay. There is private use of shower and toilet approximately 20 yards from the hut. There is a barbeque to cook on and a log burner for the cooler nights. The hut is situated on the edge of a field, with spectacular views across rolling countryside. With miles of footpaths on your doorstep there is plenty of opportunity to explore and and see the abundant wildlife on offer. Stay and relax or use us as a base to explore the local area. Northamptonshire is central England and offers great opportunity to access some of the best locations around the Eastern counties. Perfect for couples, families, corporate events or for campers and those wanting to take their horse or dog on holiday. This stunning location is remote yet easily accessed. We are an hour and a half from London by road or rail. Our traditional, rustic shepherds huts are available individually or can be moved close to one another for family or group events. As a customer you have access to 350 acres of lush farmland, wildlife and woodlands. The rolling hills, trails, walks and opportunity to explore a perfectly suited to those wishing to escape into the country. We also permit dogs and/or horses with prior agreement. Horse riding, this can be arranged with your own horses or with ours. Hiking, with huge swathes of open countryside, there's lots to see do and explore! Fishing, there are rivers and lakes around Northamptonshire perfect for those that may want to fish. We will be on hand to help you plan your trip. Blueberry Shepherds huts offer a unique blend of rural tranquility and yet there are a great selection of quality eating venues within the immediate area. The Lamport Swan is a 15 minute drive, or closer to home is the Stags Head in Maidwell. Slightly further afield, the town of Market Harborough offers an abundance of Bistro's and Restaurants. Parking available on site, next to your Hut. Blueberry Lodge is situated 10 minutes from Junction 2 of the A14. Midland Mainline trains run from London to Market Harborough on an hourly basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your own horses to Blueberry Shepherd Huts. We have a barn and fenced enclosures to keep your horses comfortable while you stay with us. You may bring your dogs too, but with prior agreement with our team. It is important that you seek agreement before you bring any animals to the farm. With prior agreement we welcome you and your pets to Blueberry Shepherd Huts.
