Great location: minutes walk from the cafes, restaurants, shops, beach and central Brighton. We will do our best to make you feel welcome and will be happy to provide you directions & recommendations as well as fresh linen and towels, teas & coffee, Wifi, optional parking vouchers and anything else you may require for your stay. **Only available during select dates in August** There are three spacious bedrooms: bedroom 1 - king size bed view overlooking our private garden bedroom 2 - large family room: king size bed, single bunk bed and sofabed bedroom 3 - triple: single bed and sofa bed There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The contemporary kitchen is fitted with double oven, large dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer. The modern open plan living room is equipped with Sky TV, a large corner sofa, extendable dinning table & chairs and breakfast bar & stools. The property has just been renovated and is stylishly designed to high standard and boasts a huge private sunny garden equipped with a large trampoline, BBQ, deck chairs and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. Teas & coffee, towels, sheets and bedding are provided. We can also organise parking vouchers or private yoga classes for you.
