Magic Sea House is located on the seafront in the town of Son Serra de la Marina, just in front of its seaport. This spectacular three-story villa, of very modern construction where windows and stained glass dominate and with a very modern, fresh and summery decoration, has a capacity for 8 people. There are 4 double rooms at your disposal, three with a double bed of 150 cm one of them located on the ground floor, another on the first floor and the other in the attic, with a full bathroom en suite and an impressive terrace with furniture Original, comfortable to rest, sunbathe or cool under the stars contemplating the beautiful bay of Alcúdia at your feet. The last bedroom is located on the first floor, where there are 2 single beds of 90 cm, en suite bathroom, and terrace with equally splendid views of the harbor. In total it has 4 full bathrooms (one on the ground floor and three of them en suite). On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, in case you decide to visit us in winter, with flat TV, and spacious and comfortable sofas. The kitchen, very avant-garde, is fully equipped with induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double fridge and all kinds of utensils to facilitate daily tasks. It is integrated into the living room and has several accesses to the outside: the terraces that surround the building, the construction barbecue and the pool. Magic Sea House has air conditioning in all rooms, satellite, and WIFI. Here you can enjoy the wonders of life by the sea without having to move, just crossing the street you will reach a small stone beach, although if you prefer you can comfortably enjoy a swim in your pool under the Mediterranean sun.
