The house is 450 square meters and is located in (central) rural area in a wonderful mountain, surrounded by pines with complete privacy. The house offers magnificent views and an unforgettable experience of your holidays. Thanks to favorable disposition from home, you can get anywhere on Mallorca in a short time. The private garden that is close to home is a good opportunity for children to play outdoors safely. Private pool 7x4 meters overflowing salt with a depth of 85 cm to 185 cm, surrounded by a terrace where you can sunbathe in the 14 Sunbeds available. On the sofas outside you can enjoy an aperitif with fabulous views. The house consists of 7 rooms with 1 double bed and 12 single beds; 1 baby cradle, 5 bathrooms, large, comfortable and bright living room with fireplace, modern kitchen, washer and dryer on the ground floor. In 6 rooms is satellite TV, air conditioning and radiators for the colder months. Three rooms have direct access to the lawn area. House equipped with 1 iron with ironing board and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is separate and equipped with the most modern appliances such as coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, juicer, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, pantry with utensils for the table.
