House rules

Check in: 4:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am Use your confirmation and instructions to locate and access your unit. All vacation homes have combination lock boxes near the front door of the property, which contains the key for the rental. The lock box combination will be included on your confirmation letter. If you are arriving after dark, please bring a flashlight with you so you can see the combination lock. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check out time 11:00 a.m. Late check outs without prior approval will be charged an additional $50.00. Prompt check out is essential to allow time for our housekeeping staff to prepare the home for the next guest. We trust our guests will respect our property and leave it in a condition that requires only normal cleaning. We will charge guests the actual cost of replacement, cleaning or repairs if our property is removed from the premises damaged or left in a condition that requires additional cleaning. Lost and Found Remember all your belongings on your departure from the unit. Wildland Properties is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items left in unit. $25 service fee is charged in addition to shipping cost if we are required to mail your forgotten items. Smoking is not allowed in any of the homes. Pet Policy Well-behaved pets are only allowed in “pet friendly” properties. We must be notified in advance and you will be charged a pet fee. They are not allowed on the furniture and are never to be left unattended at the house. Please bring bedding, toys and dishes as necessary for your pet. You must clean up outside after them and properly dispose. If you fail to disclose your pet you will be subject to immediate eviction and lose all funds paid. Occupancy Limits Our safety code determines the occupancy level of each home. Damage We do not require a security deposit. The $45 damage protection (included in your check-out) is required. Assumption of Risk Tenant assumes all risk of loss or damage to property or person as a result of Tenant’s or Tenant’s guests’, of any items on premises including but not limited to equipment, appliances and tools. Tenant’s use of such items is solely and strictly at your own risk. Wildland Properties or its affiliates does not warrant or make any representation as to the fitness for use of any such item that will function properly. Your rental may have railings, decks, stairs, access to beach or lake or any other DANGERS. You are solely responsible for insuring the safety of small children, or any persons at the residence. Any legitimate problems you may find with your vacation home must be acknowledged within 6 hours of arrival in order to obtain a refund. You will receive a 50% refund on cancelations with at least 90 days notice. Cancelations within 90 days will not be eligible for a refund. We do suggest you buy the optional travel protection insurance. This Insurance will reimburse 150% of your reservation amount if you need to sufficiently cancel. Additionally, the travel insurance covers roadside assistance, funds in case of lost luggage, 25,000 medical/dental, etc. Confirmation Thank you for choosing Wildland Properties.
